In recent years the City Attorney’s Office has been targeting for closure so-called illegal storefront dispensaries, essentially those not Pre-ICOs. It now appears that mobile dispensaries, i.e., delivery services, are also being targeted by the City Attorney’s Office for enforcement measures. If you are currently operating a delivery service within the boundaries of the City of Los Angeles, I recommend that you schedule a meeting with my office to discuss the recent developments and possible counter-measures.
